I have made copies of this talk on CD and given it to prospects and told them if they like this message then I would work with them on the 12 Steps. Great prospect qualifying talk.

Just played this message from Chris to my alcoholic son. I received it from my AL-ANON SPONSOR. It is a powerful teaching! My son responded positively to it and we pray words sink in to bear positive fruit!

I have been around the fellowship where people were using the meeting as an emotional sick bucket, and guess what I got sick. My sponsor kept telling me to listen to you, he like u, is big book through and through. As a result of doing the raymerecovery, the big book recovery. I’ve not touched a drop since. I’ve had a spiritual awakening… people come in and I see the banquet of god all around of us, and people die of hunger. It’s a tragedy people spend there whole life asleep. I’m so grateful for people like you brother, I’m grateful that I hit that rock bottom that aloud me to wake up as a direct result of reading the black bits in the first 164 people. I woke up spiritual. Your passion and enthusiasm is electric , infectious., when I ask myself why, because your a vessel brother, a vessel that you allow god to use. Death or a spiritual life are not difficult alternatives to face, live or die, it’s that simple.

I enjoy sharing the hope and the reality of this disease in the rooms of our fellowship. Love this God driven Programme. — Ann
